We have a range of policies and procedures that are updated on a regular basis to ensure that we are following current practice guidelines.
Parents/carers are kept informed about our policies and procedures through our website, notices and face-to-face discussions.
Staff are knowledgeable of our policies and procedures. They are trained as part of our induction process, regular staff training sessions and day-to-day application.
